Return Conditions

  • Returns are accepted for international orders within 30 days from the date of receiving the order.

  • The product must be in its original packaging and in a saleable condition, including the preservation of labels, tags, and labels.

  • We accept returns only for items that have not been worn and do not show signs of use, except for size and quality checks.

Return Procedure

  • To initiate a return, the customer must contact our customer support and provide the following information: order number, details of the items they want to return, and the reason for the return.

  • Upon receiving the return request, we will provide the customer with instructions on how to send the items back to us.

  • The customer is responsible for covering the return shipping costs, except in cases where the product was received in damaged or defective condition.

Refund Process

  • After receiving and inspecting the returned items, we will process the refund to the customer's original payment method within 7-10 business days.

  • Any additional taxes, duties, or fees associated with the return are non-refundable.

Product Exchanges

  • We offer the option for product exchanges if the customer wants to replace the size, color, or style. In this case, the customer is also responsible for covering the return shipping cost, and we will cover the cost of shipping the new item to the customer.

Exceptions

The following items are not eligible for return:
  • Underwear and lingerie.
  • Items with clear signs of wear or use.
  • Items lacking original labels or tags.
